It seems so obvious! Here we are perched on the edge of a remote and still very wild coastline, surrounded by rugged hills and dense forests of redwood and fir…yet we are using commercial chemicals and other decidedly non-”green” items for all our cleaning and supply needs!
Well, the light has dawned (compact fluorescent, of course!) and I am really excited about all the ideas flying around in my head! We’re almost ready with the first new offering: I’ve been planning for several months toward the goal of arranging nature walks with local guides, and we’re just about ready to present that. We will offer choices ranging from simple guided hikes, to tours of specific areas to focus on the flora and fauna, or even the history of the location. This land has been peopled for centuries, and there is a rich and beautiful heritage to learn about!
Our next innovation will be a revamping of our shopping lists when it comes to those cleaning supplies and other products. So, stay tuned!
